tsMuxeR - Transport Stream Muxer
I'm not sure if we need this anymore. All the muxing can now be done with MKVToolNix, and there is a variety of applications that can handle any conversion.
Network Optix tsMuxeR is a powerful video tool for muxing/demuxing TS/M2TS/Blu-Ray/AVHCD streams.

Arch > Manjaro > etc.:

Usage
The GUI version can be started normally as any other software under your Linux desktop environment. For help on syntax and parameters of the CLI version type:
